Within my first story, Corporate Diversity, Is It Only About Looks? I talked about the insincere efforts of organizations to obtain diverse talent. Insincere efforts include seeking new talent based on superficial features such as skin color, gender, or any other apparent unique characteristic that deviate from a standard white male, in order to simply meet a quota or improve public image. Within this story, I will explain how diversity is so much deeper than what you see on the surface.
